In the previous articles (58-59)
Moses said: "O Pharaoh! I am a messenger of Allah to you,
Pharaoh said lie!
Moses said when speaking of Allah is obligatory to speak the truth. In truth I have come to you with clear signs of God.
Pharaoh said: "If you come with a sign, then produce it.
Then Moses threw, threw his staff and was a huge snake great show for all to see,
He took his hand out of her chest (armpit), and was white, radiant and brilliant for the spectators.
The chiefs of Pharaoh He said: "This is a wizard to know who is competent in magic. No doubt this man is a magician too, excelled in the art of magic. The purpose of this man (Moses) is to expel you from your land of Egypt. This was not true, the purpose of Moses was to take the children of Israel out of Egypt.
And Pharaoh said:
Now what do you advise? What we do about this?
They said to Pharaoh:
We should lead to all cunning magician, who is an expert in magic to overcome to Moses in the art of magic. And what I called several of the attendees to know.
And the sorcerers who were 70 in number came to Pharaoh, saying: "There must be a great reward for us if we win against Moses.
Pharaoh said: Yes, of course, you have to, and will surely be of those brought near me in the state. So what?

The meaning of verse 7:115
The magicians of Egypt who were proficient in magic, said:
O Moses! Either we throw the first or top pitchers
Or cast your staff, or are the wheels! "Else we have.
The meaning of the verse 7:116
Moses said:
Cast! Throw what to throw! This is a kind of command that allows them to issue first, as a means to express the truth.
And when they cast, and their sticks, they put a spell on people's eyes, misleading to perceive the real state of these ropes and staffs, they intimidated, scared them, causing the strings seem to be slithering snakes, and produced a great magic.
In other words, when it launched 70 staff and 70 strings, which cast a spell over people's eyes, intimidated them and fear, and with a mighty spell, but also said this means: a blatant lie.
The meaning of verse 7:117
And Allah revealed Moses [saying]: 'Cast your staff. "And oh! Swallowed the illusion that they were creating, which turns into deceit.
In other words, God inspired Moses (saying): Throw away your computer! And threw it. And oh! it swallowed up their lies, their staffs and strings.
The meaning of the verse 7:118
That's the truth comes to pass, so was confirmed and reflects, what they were doing, in the form of witchcraft, it was shown false.
In other words, what the truth was vindicated, it became clear that Moses was right, and what the sorcerers of Egypt were making witchcraft became vain, deflated away.
