What is the best spell of serious dark circles under your eyes?
I have tried to benefit from clear paste, Clinique, Laura Mercier concealer secret, Bobbi Brown corrector and concealer, Revlon, Maybelline, Stila … and none of them seem to work! Bobbi Brown one is fine, but the cakes and folds, even after using an eye cream and powder put my dark circles are really bad and I also have small lines around the eyes .. and I'm only 17.
