What is the best drugstore lipstick?
So I'm trying to find a good lipstick, but do not want to spend so much money on it. I'm thinking maybe the Neutrogena Lipcolor Lipstick and Burt's Bees. If you've tried these I can say if you liked it or not. Or if you have a favorite lipstick is cheap? Any suggestion is helpful.
