What is the easiest way to dye my hair light brown / dark blond after dyed black a month ago?
I dyed my hair hair dark brown / black (not a deep black, but darker black-brown.) I want to be a very light brown / Dirty Blonde. Do I have to strip hair completely or I can clarify it somehow so that I can to the lightest color dye? The color seems to have eased considerably and it appears that only a dark place. Background has a bit of cash to it.
First use a bleach. Color is stripped of as much as poss, otherwise your hair will clarify for ages! Lighten as much as poss with a bleaching then start fading, but wait 48 hours between each of them otherwise you will destroy your hair. After dye that the color you want to leave him alone for a few months, your hair will thank you. I have dark hair and am constantly changing its color. Watch out for split ends and be kind to him.
