Scratch card Genuine a winner but the amount of reward in itself does not scratch!?
If this happens no other way they could check how much the card scratch and won! I ask this as someone who is selling scratchards on eBay, they have won, but the amount they have won has not been scratched off! He has said that the amount spent, not always say!? do you think, I think hes a SCUMM! is definitely a real winner, just tell he knows much of its value … Huh???
