What could cause allergic reactions in some soaps?

I know this may seem a crazy question, but my wife has to do what kind of soap to use because there are certains those who pop. About the only you can use is the coast. Because this is often avoided Dial. Anyway, we bought Dial Twist some citrus and when used it, it was good. But once I bought some gold and some mineral Dial Spa Exfoliating Beads, which burst. I ask to see if there is anything to add (or lack there) that may be causing this to happen? Because I've noticed that many of the soaps have almost the same ingredients (more or minus a couple). We try Ivory. My wife is even allergic to it.
