What do you think about eyeliner L'Oreal HIP cream in black?
-Easy to apply? "Long lasting?-Easy remove?-Spot etc? Please and thank you.
It is quite easy to apply, especially if you've been using liquid liner. I think it is much more easier than liquid liner. Not stain for me all day and I have to reapply. I deleted using Ponds Cold Cream (with green cap) or makeup Neutrogena Eye Remover (in the blue bottle) soaking a Q-tip and rubbing over the eyeliner. It comes with ease. Definitely recommend this product =)
