What is the best way to do eye makeup blue round?
I can never find the right way to do my makeup really make the eyes pop. What colors and brands of eye shadow and mascara and eyeliner should I use? And how should I do?! I need some serious help haha.
I have blue eyes, and they really flat, I use rimmel eyeliner (pencil one, Kohl I think? .. I'm not sure) in the shallow, I think I heard someone say that is my line once tear. I put it in the corner closest to the nose to lashes. And I use Rimmel Sexy Curves Mascara (black again) about tabs up. Therefore, eyeliner on the bottom, on both sides of the eyelashes and mascara on top lashes. (I do not like in the background) I'm not sure Which brand is but a small white brush on the top (only a slight brush, nothing too heavy). The black and white color really accentutate blue, and really do 'pop'
