Music Video – Latin Pop – Who is the artist / song name of this music video description?

Fans of Latin music I need your help! One night, late about a year ago I was watching VH1 One or one of these channels of Latin music video and I happened to stubble on this music video for a female artist. I was relatively young, maybe early 20's. The music video consisted of her and a group of his friends party in the interior This baby blue mini cooper type car and drive up and down these empty streets of what appeared to be Mexico, perhaps. When he was driving cars on the street was quickly transmitted. What really stood out for me though was that through the music videos were their connections to the drawings Mega Man animated since the early 90s. The song was very poppy than he could remember, and is purely a good sense of party music video and song. Any help to discover the art would be greatly appreciated.
